Doug Adams had been hired to do the backsplash. When I had enough of being alternately hassled and ignored by Sears, he agreed to also install the appliances. Unlike Sears, Doug listened to what we said, he understood what we wanted, he remembered, and he performed as promised. And the backsplash is gorgeous. Here is a shot that shows what the kitchen looked like after Doug was finished.
This is my real customer testimonial. I wish I had known about him in the beginning. He can and does do total kitchen remodeling. He is also a licensed contractor and can manage a complete remodeling project.
