Sears Response

The Finished Project

Doug Adams had been hired to do the backsplash. When I had enough of being alternately hassled and ignored by Sears, he agreed to also install the appliances. Unlike Sears, Doug listened to what we said, he understood what we wanted, he remembered, and he performed as promised. And the backsplash is gorgeous. Here is a shot that shows what the kitchen looked like after Doug was finished.

This is my real customer testimonial. I wish I had known about him in the beginning. He can and does do total kitchen remodeling. He is also a licensed contractor and can manage a complete remodeling project.

For those in the Inland Empire of Southern California, here is how to contact Doug:

For the cynical people who may read this, Doug has not offered any payment, rebates or other incentives to give him a plug. It has long been my policy to not only challenge when things go wrong, but to give credit for professionalism when it is found, no matter where I find it.

Doug, I thank you.
